What we collect

When you use this service, you provide information needed to draft your trust document: your name, county of residence, trustee and beneficiary names and addresses, and details about any property to be held in the trust. We also collect payment information, which is processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To generate the trust document you purchase.
• To verify your payment before releasing that document.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Your form responses are stored temporarily (currently 24 hours) so we can connect your payment to your document, then they expire automatically. We do not retain a permanent copy of your intake data after that window.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe. Temporary form storage is handled by Upstash. Each is bound by its own privacy and security practices.

Your form responses expire automatically as described above and are not retained beyond that window.
